Cathy, you are indeed a girl after my own heart! I adore anything silver and/or crystal, with toile & roses being high on my list, too. Needless to say, that first picture just makes my heart skip a beat! Beautiful way to dress up any room!

The tiered tray is a gorgeous focal point for this empty corner.
I like the silver with the glass. The silver really makes the glass glisten! You could even set some lil confections on the tray.

I've posted an idea that you could incorporate into your setting.
This was a creative idea, thanks for sharing it.

What a great idea. It is hard to find the right pieces that will fit into a corner or any small area. I really struggle with that. I would have never thought of adding the tier to give it height without encroaching out into the area.

How is it that it seems like you're always reading my mind?!
I was just thinking yesterday about this little corner area I have that's kinda between my living room and dining room, with nothing quite right to put there.
Your idea is great! I just love the silver and crystal together, and of course the rose, just makes it pretty as a picture!
